Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in clients and generated leads with high conversion approach.
  • Conduct project presentations and site visits confidently.
  • Assist customers from inquiry stage till booking and documentation.
  • Develop relationships with channel partners and customer referrals.
  • Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets.
  • Report daily follow-ups and progress to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of real estate market and customer handling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
  • Target-driven with professional behavior.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
