Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential home buyers through calls, site visits, and lead follow-ups.
  • Present project details clearly and confidently to clients.
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits with customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
  • Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM/lead sheet.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and handle client queries professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of Thane/Mumbai real estate market preferred.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented.
