- Present project details clearly and confidently to clients.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM/lead sheet.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and handle client queries professionally.
- Basic knowledge of Thane/Mumbai real estate market preferred.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented.
